Venture Optimize consists of a driven team that builds, optimize and expands lead generation websites. All websites are in-house and fully owned by us. We use a payroll model based on payment per task. This job is for those who want flexible working conditions and be part of a driven team.
We are looking for managers to help us grow our websites and expand in different countries. The manager will be responsible for a website in their country(ies). Your tasks will vary depending on how established the site is in the country. If we launch in a new country the focus is on content and backlinks. This means that you will write content and contact local websites to establish the website. As the site grows, you will be responsible for recruiting writers and translators in your country(ies). This means that your tasks will change to proofreading and refurbish of content. You need to have good grammar skills in your language and have an eye for details. You also need basic knowledge of finance/cryptocurrency as we focus on those topics. Apart from that, there are no specific requirements for this job as you will learn everything from a manager.
We use a payroll model based on payment per task. In other words, you need to be a driven person with the ability to get things done. This is a part-time job unless you are multilingual and can manage several countries. Team members will get their own account on our work site. There you will find your assignments, task instructions, important documents, work updates and more. All tasks need to be submitted on our work site. For communication, we use Slack. You will recive an invitation if your application is considered.
As we said, there are no specific requirements because a manager will give you instructions and help you get started. However, you need to have proper grammar and writing skills in order to perform the work. We also need a diligent person with accuracy for details as proofreading is part of the job. And of course, you need basic knowledge of the subject for your website. The website manager must be excited to join a small, but focused, team, working in a rapidly evolving industry. Content Writing: You may have heard the phrase, “content is king”. The most important task for this job is to create the best content. Although we hire freelance writers, you will always work with content. You will write, proofread, and refurbish content. Everything published needs to be well-researched and contains as information-dense content as possible. You need to prepare by reading everything you can find on that subject to create the best content and user experience. You will also have email discussions with many websites so your communication skills are important. If you can’t write good content this job is not for you. We will provide clear guidelines and rules for all content.
We are focusing on expanding in Europe, and therefore we are primarily looking for managers in those countries. However, if you speak any other language, we welcome you to apply. It is beneficial if you speak the language of a European country. SEO marketing, including keyword research and link building, is also an advantage but not a requirement. Email Correspondence: In addition to writing content, there will be email correspondence. We are contacted by various companies that want to be seen on our websites. All our websites offer sponsored articles, comparison listings, and more. However, they usually want to negotiate the price which requires email correspondence. If you generate a new customer you receive 30 % commission. Our current offers costs between $199 and $499. In other words, for each customer you refer, the earnings will be between $60 — $150 dollars each.
Link Building: This is done to help us grow and drive traffic to our websites. Link building is the process of obtaining backlinks (called backlinks because they point back to your pages) from other websites on the internet to your website, so you can achieve higher ranking with search engines. You can accomplish this in many ways, including email campaigns, contacting article directories, posting on forums, and reaching out to blogs. In other words, we need to convince another company why a web page is worth linking to. This requires a strong business sense, communication skills, and maintain contact with multiple partners at once. Experience of SEO marketing is an advantage but not a requirement. You can learn everything you need to know from a manager.
Keyword Research: This is done to find the most profitable keywords for our websites. Keyword research is a practice in SEO to find alternative search terms that people enter into search engines while looking for a similar subject. Once they find a niche keyword, they expand on it to find similar keywords. This is done to receive more traffic and higher ranking with search engines. We use a range of different software and tools to find untapped, high- volume keywords. Ahrefs software is the main tool our researchers use to find keywords for new pages. In other words, we research topics, collect important data, and analyze the data to find the most profitable keywords. This requires a good knowledge of Excel to create tables of information for comparison and prioritization. When you’re done with keywords for a niche you will submit them in our system for evaluation.
You will get detailed and clear instructions for certain tasks with deadlines. Thereafter you will have a lot of freedom but also responsibility to make things happen. The manager of a new country will have many different tasks (they can also vary depending on the manager’s skill set). A team member will go through the assignment in details if your application is considered. They will also help you get started. As said, we use a payroll model based on payment per task. For writing content, you will earn approximately $0.05 / word. For generating customers, you will earn 30% commission ($60 — $150 / customer). For building backlinks, you will earn between $5 — $500 per backlink. The payment will depend on the value of the link. When you submit your backlink a manager will evaluate it and decide a link level. This is done by looking at the domain and page rating, relevance and other factors. If you manage your website well you will also receive a fixed monthly payment on top of your tasks. This is a part-time job unless you can manage several countries. There is no limit to how much you can earn just how much you can work. However, the workload for different tasks will vary depending on projects and other team members.
